Simply stunning good budget hotel for 6 nights in London. All in all wonderful setting really close to two tube station, and a bright, open restaurant overlooking Cromwell Rd. Besides, very convenient to Courtfield Gardens West. I had an air-conditioned room with a large bathroom and an EXCELLENT breakfast.

The bed was comfortable and allowed us to get a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel was also a major advantage. It was conveniently located near Earls Court and Gloucester Road underground stations, making it easy to explore the city. Furthermore, there were plenty of restaurants, shops, and a supermarket within walking distance, which was very convenient for us during our stay.
The noise from the underground was incessant and disruptive, going on until late at night and starting up again early in the morning. It made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

This hotel was in a really good area, not too far from the Tube station. I loved that it was situated next to a bridge that went over the road, giving it a unique touch. The service here was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and dry cleaning available. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The room amenities were great, with everything I needed like an ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a safe. The dining options were also excellent, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area on-site. The hotel even provided a welcome drink upon arrival. The leisure facilities, including the indoor swimming pool and sauna, were a great addition to my stay. I had a fantastic experience here and would highly recommend it.
Although the staff were friendly, there were a few instances where they could have been more welcoming at the reception desk. However, this did not take away from the overall positive experience I had at this place.

Additionally, the rooms are clean and spacious, with large bathrooms to accommodate all your belongings. The staff is courteous and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. Great value for money, comfortable room with high-quality bedding. The location was perfect with plenty of nearby restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The staff provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
Food for breakfast could have been better, as the hot items seemed to have been out for a while and were a bit dry.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is excellent in a bright, open restaurant overlooking Cromwell Rd. The rooms have been fully renovated and are exceptionally clean. Large modern LED TV with over 60 local and international channels. Safe for keeping valuables. As young people, we really appreciated the comfortable beds and the large space in the family room. The hot chocolate in the room was a nice touch.
Felt relaxed, no reason to complain.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with a big supermarket just around the corner and the History Museum nearby. It was also convenient to have the Underground and bus stations within walking distance. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area. Our room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the service provided by the staff was excellent. The breakfast buffet had a variety of choices and the view from our room was nice. Additionally, we appreciated the facilities such as the ice machine on each floor and the friendly staff who made us feel welcome.
The only downside was that the doors in the surrounding rooms were quite heavy and would slam shut loudly, which could be bothersome for light sleepers.
